Work method

To maximise our service to you, we use the following work method:

First introduction
During this conversation, we briefly explain what we can do for you and answer your questions. To give you a better picture, we make an appointment to further look at the products and discuss them.

During this appointment, the feasibility of the products is discussed with one of our advisers. If possible we immediately take a test model and/or drawing with us of the product concerned. If there is no drawing of the model, it can be copied.

Price study
On the basis of your product and wishes we obtain the price and delivery time from several suppliers.

We compare the prices and delivery times of the various suppliers. We choose the supplier that suits you and your products best.

Quotation and agreement
After this, we make a clear quotation. Prices are offered based on your conditions (delivery conditions, package conditions, payment conditions etc).

Test model and approval
Once you have agreed to our proposal, we start making a test model. We also have a 3D printer, enabling us to print functional models. As soon as we receive the test model from our supplier, we will discuss this with you. Any remarks or comments are noted and discussed with the supplier.

Quality control and delivery
After approval of the test model we start with the assignment.

We supervise the entire production trajectory, followed by a final check before the product is transported.
Upon arrival we check the parts once more. We have our own 3D measuring machine for measuring complex parts with high tolerances.

Of course all products are packed carefully and provided with your article number and assignment number.
The products (or part of them) are transported to you. For various clients, so you can keep your inventory position to a minimum.
