Machining

Machining is a large group of operations in which material is removed using a tool, producing the desired shape. This can be done either computer-controlled (CNC) or by hand (conventionally). The best-known forms of machining are (CNC) turning and (CNC) milling; other operations such as drilling, tapping, grinding, boring or honing etc fall under machining (more info).

Within our network of suppliers we have a large number of specialised companies to which we outsource our milling and turning work. The large series are mostly produced in Asia (China and Pakistan), while we produce the smaller series and series with shorter delivery times in low-wage countries in Europe (Poland, Turkey and Bosnia).

We can offer you the following machining techniques, among others:

  • CNC turning and conventional turning: Stainless steel turning, steel turning, aluminium turning, nylon turning, POM turning, brass turning, copper turning (info CNC turning / Conventional turning).
    • CNC milling and conventional milling; stainless steel milling, steel milling, aluminium milling, nylon milling, POM milling, brass milling, copper milling (info CNC milling / conventional milling).
    • Sawing, drilling and tapping of the above materials.

Material and measurement reports can be included in consultation with us; furthermore, we have an advanced 3D measuring machine ourselves (CMM) for accurately measuring your products.

Thanks to our extensive network in Europe and Asia, and the accumulated knowledge in the field of technology and logistics, we can help you reduce costs. Thanks to our 20 years of experience we are familiar with the quality required and know where we can house your products.

Under Outsourcing Projects on our website you will find information on projects we completed.
