
During this meeting, we provide a brief explanation of what we can offer and answer any questions you may have. To give you a clearer understanding, we would be happy to schedule an appointment to review and discuss the products in more detail. During this appointment, one of our advisors will assess the feasibility of the products with you. Where possible, we will bring a sample and/or a drawing of the discussed product. If no drawing of the model exists, one can be created during the meeting.

Based on your product and requirements, we request pricing and delivery times from various suppliers. We compare the prices and delivery times to identify the supplier that best matches your needs and your products.

Next, we prepare a clear quotation. Prices are offered based on your terms and conditions, including delivery, packaging, and payment requirements.

Once our proposal has been approved by you, we begin creating a sample model. We also have a 3D printer, which allows us to produce functional models. As soon as we receive the sample model from our supplier, we review it with you. Any comments or suggestions are recorded and discussed with the supplier.

After the sample model has been approved, production begins. We supervise the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality. Once production is complete, a final inspection is carried out before the products are shipped. Of course, the products are carefully packaged and labeled with your article number and order number. The products (or part of them) are then delivered to you. For various clients, this allows you to maintain minimal inventory levels.
