Our production facilities in Poland form an essential part of our supply chain. Trucks depart weekly from our manufacturing locations to the Netherlands and Belgium. After loading, delivery to the customer typically takes 1 to 2 days. The average production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and the selected finishing options, such as powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, or full assembly.
To further reduce lead times, we deliver directly from our Polish facilities to the customer whenever possible. This eliminates unnecessary handling and ensures the logistics process remains as efficient as possible.
Our production facilities in China provide the scale and flexibility required for both series production and larger projects. The average production lead time is 5 to 6 weeks, after which full containers are shipped immediately.
For smaller orders, we offer a monthly consolidated container service, combining partial shipments to optimize both costs and delivery times. Orders are allocated to a container upon receipt, enabling us to provide a reliable delivery estimate at an early stage. Current transit time from China is approximately two months.
If required, goods can be stored at our warehouse in Bleiswijk, allowing for fast and flexible delivery according to the customer’s demand.
Through our online planning system, we provide customers with full transparency throughout the entire logistics process. They can track in real time whether an order is still in production, already loaded, or in transit to Europe. Once a container is assigned to a vessel, the vessel name is added, allowing customers to follow the ship’s location live.
We also always display the expected delivery date, based on the current planning and shipping routes. This transparent approach, combined with fixed transport flows and clear communication, ensures maximum predictability and reliability across our supply chain.
