For a client in the fruit and vegetable storage industry, we manufacture a wide range of products, ranging from welded steel frames and machined parts to complete scrubbers. These scrubbers consist of large, precision-rolled steel cylinders, which we can manufacture in a variety of sizes: from compact 300 mm diameter cylinders to large cylinders of almost 1700 mm. This allows us to provide the right configuration for every storage space.
After cutting, rolling, and welding , the scrubbers are blasted and powder coated. After powder coating , they are assembled and prepared for use. They are then filled with activated carbon, an essential filter medium for purifying the air in storage cells. Each scrubber is subsequently leak-tested, ensuring absolute reliability before it leaves the factory.
After the final inspection, we ensure careful packaging and logistical handling , so that the scrubbers arrive at the customer safely and ready for installation.
