For a client in the heating technology industry, we produce high-quality brass castings for use in technical installations. These components are manufactured using sand casting , a precision process called resin sand casting (yellow sand). This method produces much finer details, a smoother surface quality, and a more accurate final shape than traditional sand casting.
After casting, the brass parts are carefully cleaned and prepared for finishing. All functional surfaces and joints are then CNC machined to ensure precise dimensions and a perfect fit.
